Brief Introduction
Malnutrition with the critical care setting is a global issue. In Nepal, the major practice of critical care nutrition is based on regular kitchen cooked rice, lentils etc that are ground and given to patients through tube setting. These practices not only have problems with proper nutrition but also lack good hygiene. Hence, a scientifically formulated nutritional formula is the current need of the critical care sector in Nepal.
